Support with finding housing, preparing for release, and building lasting stability. You set the goals. We work through the next steps together.

A place to start.

We support LGBTQ+ adults across Georgia, centering Black and Brown transgender and gender-diverse people facing barriers to safe housing.

This includes people returning from incarceration and people navigating sex offense registry requirements. You do not need to explain your history to ask for help.

How we can help

What to expect

A staff member will review your request and use the safe contact method you provide. Availability varies. A referral does not guarantee housing, placement, financial assistance, or legal representation.

This form is not monitored around the clock and cannot arrange an immediate placement.

1. Who is requesting support?

You can enter “unsure” or “outside Georgia.” No street address is needed. Staff will review whether DJP or another resource can help.

2. How can we reach you safely?

For a trusted contact, include their name and how to reach them, with their permission. For an existing meeting or release contact, explain how staff can connect. This form does not schedule a meeting.

3. What would be helpful?

Choose at least one. You can discuss details privately with staff.

Up to 500 characters. Please do not include Social Security numbers, medical details, immigration documents, case numbers, offense histories, or information about other people.

Authorized DJP staff use these responses to review your request and follow up. Responses are not displayed publicly. This form does not authorize contact with landlords, supervision staff, or other providers. We discuss any additional sharing with you, except when disclosure is required by law.
